Yeap folks, it happened again. On 18 March 2008. Still same place as the previous one, in 17 October 2006, which was in Were Road. Sorry to take such long time to publish these photos and coverage. And sorry for some blur photos. My dad was driving way too fast.. Perhaps he was shy to bump into his ex-colleagues?
This time, the picket was held in protest for the rumoured out-sourcing of several key TM units, namely HR, Operations units, etc. Actually, in my opinion, these type of core unit outsourcing has several pros and cons. The pros, of course is that TM can save cost. But the cons, it may become hard to monitor those outside people and in the end, they may tarnish the TM name.
Second reason being the unfair distribution of ESOS (Employee Share Options Scheme). This time around, the offer is based on job rank and no more years of service. As such, people who just started to work (like me) tend to get the same amount as those who had worked for quite many years.. haha.. For me, of course I don’t complain
Anyway, enjoy the photos and see ya later. I am sure there will be more pickets.

Today is the day Prim3 turned a quarter of a century old.. I actually wanted to write and publish this on 5 April 2008.. So that I know who remembered my birthday.. but decided to wind back the posting date to 4 April 2008.. Else I would have need to add the word “belated”
So, Happy Birthday to me!
To those who remembered, thanks!

Today is the fifteenth and last day of the Chinese New Year of 2008. It is also called Chap Goh Mei which means the 15th night in Hokkien.
It is also the Valentine’s Day in Chinese culture.
As usual, I wish everyone a HAPPY CHAP GOH MEI!! But not gonna wish Happy Chinese Valentine

This year, I am not going to wish anybody Happy Valentine’s Day.. Reason being: Every year I wish people but people always got no chance to wish me back.. Feels kinda one-sided story.. haha..
Anyway, hope everybody appreciate what they have.. You couples are wayyyyy lucky than those single people with nobody wanting them.. (like whom? guess..)
