Ok. So what’s a Dosha?
Dosha is one of three bodily humors that make up one’s constitution. It consists of : Vata (space and air elements), Pitta (fire element) and Kapha (water and earth elements)
Vata. Those who are classified as Vata tend to have lighter frames, and are either short or tall and thin. Their skin tends to be dry and cold, light to dark brown. Hair is dark, thin, sparse and curly. Nose, hands and feet are often cold to the touch because of the poor circulation characterizing the Vata constitution. They have active, dark brown or dark gray eyes. Movements and speech are quick and sleep is light, interrupted, and fitful. Mentally, they are restless and have lots of ideas. They are creative and imaginative, but are fearful, anxious, and insecure. They are also shy, less bold and with less will-power, that is to say more stimulus is needed to make them more practical.
Pitta. Pitta types are generally average physically. Their skin inclines towards redness and sensitivity, sunburns easily. They tend to have fine, soft, red or fair hair (though Pittas have been known to have darker hair, like golden brown.) Eyes tend to be blue, gray, hazel or amber. Their moods change slowly and they are busy people, usually achieving much in their lives. They are more intellectual and speech is clear, sharp, and precise. They are fiery, angry, judgmental, ambitious and chivalrous.
The Pitta doshas’ corresponding color are cool, calming colors such as blue, green, or purple. Pitta doshas’ predominant sense is sight.

I find it most alarming that Malaysian schools teach our children the wrong things. I mean, can the children really apply what they are taught in school later in life? For example, can you imagine a mathematics question in a recent examination as follows?”

Yet, this is how they structure the questions in Malaysianschools. Why not pose questions that would be more useful later in life when you go out into the world to earn your living?
To help Malaysia’s Ministry of Education bid to face the realities of life, we are suggesting some questions they could use in our classrooms:
QUESTION 1
If you drive from Kuala Lumpur to Penang along the PLUS Highway and there are four speed traps along the way, and if each speed trap would cost you RM300.00 in fines, how much in fines would you accumulate by the time you reach Penang?
